Saku looked around the forest noticing it was getting darker much darker than it was before they came into the forest. He made sure Suki was following him. Up ahead he could see and opening to a den. It looked less than inviting yet somehow welcoming ina way. "how about there?"he asked Suki looking at her.

Suki nodded, extremely tired. She didn't care, she just wanted to sleep. She yawned and walked into the den. She lay down, ears up. Something was eerie about this place.
In the shadows stood the Ancient Wolf. He growled at the wolves inviting themselves into his den. He stepped out of the shadows. He was so large, he was twice the size of Minara. He growled at her and Saku, and she looked scared.

Saku's eyes widen. He crouched as if he would spring onto the other wolf. "who are you?"he asked looking at the acient wolf. This wolf was massive scary too. He had just appeared out of the shadows.

"I am the owner of this den. The Ancient Wolf, as some call me." His eyes flashed. He was angry. "Don't try protecting your little fae, it'll just get you both into trouble."
He was Ancient, and he was wise, but he could be irrantional when he was angry. He would sometimes do things he may regret... Which is the whole point of enclosing himself in this den, day after day, so he couldn't hurt anyone. He advanced on Saku and Suki, in Suki's general direction.

Saku moved closer to suki. No matter what this wolf said he would still try and protet her after all she was very tired and he was afraid she would collapse once again.

The Ancient wolf laughed. It was a harsh laugh, no feeling at all. He tilted his head at Saku. "You are really going to do that? Risk your life. I won't hurt her-I promise." He bowed his head truthfully. "I just want to ask her something." He continued to step forward. If Saku didn't agree he could easily throw him aside.

Saku nodded slightly and sat. But kept his eyes locked on the wolf. Promises ment everything to him. And this acient wolf had promised not to hurt her so he would wait. But if he tried anything he would attack.

The Ancient wolf nodded at him. He walked to Suki, who was still lying down, and whispered something in her ear.
Suki looked shocked-and then unsure. She shook her head, looking sad and cautious-obviously wondering whether if she said no would make him attack them.
But the large wolf just grimaced. "Ah...I was hoping you'd say yes. It's not many times I ask...I hardly ever do...But you just stood out, when you walked in." He turned, and walked back into the shadows.
Suki looked shaky. "Should I follow him?" She asked Saku.

Saku looked at her for a few moments. "um i'm unsure" he said looking at her. "what is it he wans"he asked her. He promisedhe wouldn'tt hurt suki so he could be trusted for now.

She grimaced, considering not telling him. It was slightly...random. She didn't know what his motivations were.
And so, she said rather quietly, as if afraid someone would overhear, "He was wondering if I wanted to have his pups..." The request still suprised her. Her eyes flickered over to the shadows. "And I don't really know him...but...I don't know if I really have a choice."

Saku nodded slightly. Still in disbelief. But the considering that this wolf seemed so old and didn't have any pups of his own. Saku looked at her. "do what you will" he said not caring much. As long as he could stay with suki then that'd be ok. It seemed as though he wasn't affected by this in the least bit but he was crumbling abit. But he was sure this wolf was wise so there was good cause in this somewhere.

Suki stood up, and took a deep breath, as though preparing to dive into the black shadows. She walked forward, looking back as Saku as she went. She couldn't see anything in the shadows, it reminded her strangely of her dream while she had been unconcious, although she could feel the stone under her paws.
She kept on walking, not sure when she would walk into the walls of the den. She heard a sound behind her; she turned around but saw nothing. Again, she heard something, and then felt the wolf behind her. He was sniffing her. She stiffened, suprised.
"Relax..." He said quietly. She did. It was easier than she thought.
"When you do have the pups...if you do have the pups...promise to come back, alright?"
She nodded. He must've been able to see through the shadows, because she heard him make a sound of approvement.
She then felt him mount her. She held her breath, and closed her eyes.
It seemed to take ages...yet it was over in a few moments.
She felt him get off of her, and felt him walk away. "Wait!" She said. Was that it?
She heard him chuckle. "Don't worry. You'll see me soon enough." She didn't here him walk away, but she could tell he had. In the darkness, she raised her eyebrows.
She had a hard time walking back. She felt even more tired now. She finally saw the end of the shadows, and stumbled out of them. She lay down, exausted.
"You may stay the night." She heard a voice from in the shadows, but did not see the ancient wolf.
Suki looked at Saku, then outside. It was getting light. Had it taken that long?

Saku had waited paitently for what seemed like hours and once she returned from the shadows he was still in his same sitting position virtually un moved. He simply smiled at her like nothing happened.

She weakly smiled back. "We should sleep now. I guess we can continue travelling in the morning." She sighed, and put her head between her paws. She wasn't sure what she was going to do... She was most likely going to have pups, but in the meanwhile... "We'll find somewhere to stay, okay?"

Saku nodded and laid down. He closed his eyes and began to sleep less than soundly. To out of souroundings to feel safe here. To much went on today to possibly feel good about sleeping. So truely in the end he'd be awake all night,.

Suki woke with a yawn. She looked around, out of it. She stretched her front legs, then with a jolt, remembered what had happened. She stood up straight away, looking around. Her eyes were still ajusting to the bright light flooding in from the den entrance.
"Saku?" She said into the light.

Saku was sitting at the cave entrance. Light poured in around him making him look like a death gone passed. He nodded yes to her. He stood up and began to walk further out into the open.

She saw him, and she too walked out. She looked at him as she went. "Are we going to go find a den...or...?" She wasn't sure what else there was to do other than to find a place to stay.

"yes i am going to find a den"he said looking away for her searching out any place. But there didn't appear to be any known spots around her. He began to walk further out still searching.
