A Quick Stroll (open)

One step, two steps, and again... one step, two step... Lara counted them, one two one two, and it helped her keep track of where she was going. The flower shop was just around the corner, but she was going to pass it today. She decided she would just take another time around--it wouldn't hurt, now would it? Lara was sure to get super sweaty and smelly, but there was an extra change of clothes at the shop. She was always sure to keep an extra set there, in case anything might have happened. Her employees (or rather, employee) thought it rather strange that there was a white blouse, yellow skirt and pair of underwear in the supply closet, even after an explaination.

She passed the small white building and felt a yearning to go and tend her plants, her babies. She was always so excited when she grew new baby plants. The miracle of life (even in a flower) made her happy. She figured today her elephant-eared begonias would bloom--it was warm enough now.

The thought perked up her spirits and lifted Lara's feet, her brisk jog a little more pert as she took to the sidewalk. She tried to watch where she was going, but the thoughts of her plants kept straying to her mind, making her stray off of her path just a little.

Yoon stood leaned up against a tree watching the blotchy clouds float by. She sighed not really having anything to do was a bore to her.
Her bright red hair stood out amongst the leafy greens of the trees and the dull bark of it aswell.
The shuffle of feet caught her attention though.
Usuaully no one would come around here she hung out in the trees often and no one came close like this.
She pushed off of the tree and peered around the corner.
Yoon tilted her head slightly in attempt to get a better view of the person coming towards her.
Yoon walked a little further out to be noticed more. Even though her bright red hair already stood out enough.
She smiled lightly.
Her Sunglasses hid her pretty eyes making it unclear as to if she were male or female. she was wearing very baggy pants and a loose shirt. The Usual for yoon.

So early in the morning, Lara was usually perky and bright. But maybe the extra round took more than she expected from her, and so her steps became bedraggled. Eventually, she wasn't quite looking where she was going and ran right into something in her path. She stumbled, hitting her knees on the concrete first and then scratching up her hands, but eventually her whole body lay flat on the floor. She wondered what she had bumped into. It was pretty hard, but not hard enough to not knock over as well.

"Oh, ow..." she groaned, laboriously turning herself over. Her legs were still on top of whatever she had ran into and examined it. It was a person. "Ohmigosh are you alright? I'm so sorry!" in her apology, she began babbling on, afraid the person she ran over might have a hot temper. "I wasn't looking where I was going, and I was so stupid and blah blah blah..." she kept going on and on, pouring out excuses like word vomit. It just kept coming up.

(i'm laughing sp much because me and my friends are talking on the phone about silly things we've been talking since 1:00 pm and now its 10:41 pm lol)

Yoon looked shocked as she was stumbled over,
She looked at the person in shock.
"are...are you ok?"
Yoon chuckled slightly. Yoon had no girly voice no girly laugh either,
she was more of a boy then anything.
she just stared at her not really saying much.
"uh.. i'm ok i guess" she said rubbing her head a bit.
Yoon wasn't hurt very much but she was shocked is all.
she wasn't used to being knocked over and laid on.
She never had anyone around her much so she hasn't had much communication with anyone.
Yoon just looked at her continuing her dazed stare at this person.

((That is a LONG time to be on the phone. I've had overnight conversations, but that is a LONG time. xD _{Those were coversations with my ex, tho when my ex wasn't my ex xDD}))

Lara figured that the person she ran over really didn't mean it, so she just kept apologizing. After a while of apologizing, she started rambling on about how she would make up for it, like making her an apology cookie or muffin or scone or whatever the heck she wanted. She also knew just the right apology flowers she could give her--something she didn't quite want to go into detail at the moment. In her rambling, she decided to say, "What's your name? Mine's Lara. I'm so sorry I ran into you!" She was so busy with apologizing she forgot she was still on top of the person. Lara stood up and offered her hand to the person on the floor (whose gender she couldn't discern at the moment). "Look, How about we go back to my shop and I'll make you a banana nut muffin, on the house! My banana nut muffins can't be beat! Or you can just look through my menu and choose whatever you like, if you're allergic to bananas or nuts."

Yoon got dizzy as this girls words flown around her.
"umm" was all she could say for the time being.
and when the thrown together words began to slow down and make more sense she could finally think.
"oh well...My Name is Yoon" she said looking at her.
Yoon's name was not the norm either some type of Korean name when she was japanese. she always knew her mum was crazy...
"it's fine taht you bumped into me" although this was hardly a 'bump' more of a complete mow down, but that wasn't what mattered.
"food,you say?"
Yoon Hadn't eatten in a bit acctually she was trying to save up a little money and she figured not eatting is what could help her with that.
Yoon smiled.
"ohh you don't have to do this for me its partly my fault anyways"
She hated intruding into other peoples lives really so maybe she would just decline the offer.
But then again it would be rude and stupid of her to do so,

"er thanks then" she said smiling.

((LOL there are a lot of Koreans at my school. A lot of the boy's names are Jae xD ))

Giddy at meeting a new person, Lara helped up the strange person (calling him/herself Yoon) and began tugging Yoon towards the general direction of the flower shop, or what she hoped was the general direction... Stopping suddenly and raising a finger to her lips, Lara looked around for a familiar street. She found none.

Turning to Yoon with a sheepish grin, she asked, "Umm... do you know where Quint street is?" She took one more look around her, scouring the view for a familiar sight. When she found none, she turned back to Yoon, her grin returning. "Please?" She wasn't sure if this person was ready to help her, really all because she had tripped and fallen on top of him/her.

Yoon looked around and shook her head just slightly. she had to really look at where they were first.
"umm. well we aren't in the right place thats for shure." She said looking at the girl named Lara.
"well first maybe we shouold turn back the other way and maybe we'll find it" she said looking around.
"do you think taht would help??"

Lara, sort of unsure of Yoon's judgement, nodded and allowed him (or her) to take her back to the place they were before. She was so ready to start baking those muffins...

Then, a realization hit her and she gasped in shock. "Oh! I'll be late for work!" she exclaimed, nervous about what would happen at the flower/bakery she owned. " I hope Cassie will be okay without me..." Lara knew in her heart, no matter how much she might pray, that Cassie was horrible with plants. She didn't know when to water them or how much, so the poor things would die. Not only that, but she had absolutely no skills with baking. People would flock out of the store like an exodus had occured. "AAAAAAAHHH!! What am I gonna do!" she turned to Yoon. "Yoon, please, we gotta get back to the store quick!"

"um um um" was all Yoon could say. her husky voice was so misleading and unsure. "er well um. Maybe its this way" she said remembering the spot where she was knocked over. "it should be around here then since i fell down here" she said looking at the spot where she had been toppled over earlier.
"i'm sure you should know your way back from there i think...i hope." she said frowning slightly. she was absolutely no good with directions.
"so sorry if you'll be late" Yoon said sincerly.
"i apologize this is my fault oh me" she said softly almost mumbling to herslef.

"Okay, don't worry, I think I know where... we.. ARE!" Lara pointed excitedly at a street sign in the far-off distance. "Why didn't I see it before? Quint street is RIGHT THERE! Let's go!" Lara grabbed Yoon's hand and took off towards Quint Street, then turned at the intersection and found what she was looking for. Lara stopped so suddenly that Yoon had bumped into her. She didn't topple like last time, only tripped a little.

"We're here!" She said, smiling up at the bright shop sign. Sunbreeze Flower Shop and Bakery. The very sound made the world seem brighter. Lara let go of Yoon's hand and opened the door of the flower shop, beckoning her in. "Come on in! I'll make you a muffin! Or a cookie! Do you like cookies? How about a scone?"

Yoon brightened up when they were at the store.
a smile crept upon her face and she nodded her head to everything the girl spoke "oh they all sound yummy, bake whatever you feel Like" she said smiling.
being treated so nicely was something thAt never really happened to Yooon so when it did she smiled alot. ALOT.
